I'll be cosplaying Hige this saturday at my city's own "comic con" and been planning to go as him for awhile. All I need to do is sew a small thing then I'll be done. I made a collar awhile back but it was a five minute thing that was a few house small items. Now the metal part and bullets were made by a family friend who when I asked about what to do; offered to come and help. That's good would love to cosplay. I went to see Thor on Saturday and it was amazing. I'm a short person too so your not alone there. I hate being short if I cosplayed as anyone it would probably suck.

How'd this get made/what exactly did it start as/I want one.

Went to Walmart and bought a plain leather belt and a family friend who could work with metal had took a tin bo and started cutting it up into the diamond like shape. I can't held much with the metal part as I'm not handy with that section, but after I just got a small paintbrush and painted the 23 symbol on it.
