As rabbits Graze for Grass, So Too must helldivers graze for Democracy, as such, the ministy of Super Earth designed a special armor set for helldivers of a certain caliber whenever they visited super earth or an outlying world to promote the buying of warbonds or casting of ballots, or even meeting high class voters or those on the higher scale of the democratic index! of which all are of course, equal.
No one know's which enterprising Democracy officer equipped their helldivers with such an outfit in the field first of course, Only that it proved to not only be excellent at raising the morale of their fellow squadmates, but also extremely useful at reconnisance due to it's light weight.
Quickly Redesignated the Recon Armor B 1 Type and given wider issue amoung super destroyers, Helldivers soon found it extremely useful and encouraging to have a squad member wearing such a uniform, Inspiring great feats of democracy from it's wearer.
