One of the first more creepy themes I've seen from you. Also interesting to see you make a girl with more traditional adult proportions to her face. The symbolism is clear once I notice bony fingers plucking pins into the heads of those around her. The colouration (if not the theme) here reminds me of the water-colour works of Swedish artist John Bauer (e.g. www.greenmanpress.com/assets/i⦠. Cool concept and worth a fave!

Well as far as I see it's against fanatism (be it a brand or religion or anything). Using them is not a problem but placing them above the others of personal emotions (and not of personal experience) is not so okay. And if I'm correct then I agree with David

yes , my artwork is also about the personnal identification to larger groups by adopting ready-made thinking without experiencing them. So, it's also about lazyness of thinking. Something TV does more and more, by showcasing mega-idiots ; it makes population feels smart and flatter ego ( comparing themself) , a winner strategies to reduce mind defenses and let the door open to insert advertisement, political opinion or religious ideas... well, and make mass medias buisness Β ο»Ώ
