I still use Mypaint, it's a personal fave, I tried Krita but I have Vista so it seems not to work that well for me...
What operating system do u have?

I really enjoy this speed painting and the colors you chose. This seems like a very interesting and fun program to work with. Unfortunately, not many open-source digital art software are available for and work seamlessly with the Mac if any at all.

I really should look into trying Krita. I've always stayed away because of the whole KOffice dependencies and I prefer running as minimal an environment as possible. In the mean time I've really loved working with MyPaint, but there are still some things that irritate me with the interfacing that I wish would be changed. Then there's Gimp with Gimp Painter which was fine at first, never gave the feeling I was looking for either. Gimp is now more just for after effects and tinting, but Krita has all I need in only one program.

KOffice and KDE dependencies are necessary , sure. But on 'modern' computer, having 600MB of other software and library installed is not a big problem I guess.

Cool face and expressions, nice colors also. I think that the neck is a bit too long.

Proportionaly talking, all (or almost ) is false on this character. Extreme stylisation was roughted ; and long neck was part of the thing. But sure , disgracious maybe. thx for the comment.

hey Ico-Dy ; I also follow your sketching with Krita. How do you find the dulling ? here I had many pain to setup a brush exactly looking like my Mypaint mixbrush preset. But now I got it.

ha ha, yes, the 'in-out, in-out' rullers were hard to get in Gimp-painter.
I think I spent all this time with it and never figured out how it really worked XD
