So I played with the other colors, and the only one that went easily was that light lavender color. So it's just gonna be that for the Riders. Sorry guys!

"Ryuu, you made a Kamen Rider?!" Yes, yes I did, and with reason that will be explained shortly. But before we get to the info, I need to do one thing.

CREDIT FOR CREATION AND DESIGN OF VOGUE GOES TO . Yes, he designed my Rider (and the others as well) after seeing what I tried to describe, so long as they kept the themes of the trends used (I think Mori might actually be the only one that held tighter to its description, which is fine). You can also see his description on the forms here: omega-king-dx.deviantart.com/a… He also gave me permission to re-upload his image, so you'll be seeing quite a few of these.

And now, onto the long-ass description of abilities and everything else! By the way, I know Yui's bio I left blank. I'm going to make a prologue that will explain most of everything, and I feel by writing the fanfic, I can explore my characters better.

Fashion Showcase:

Ancient Phoenix: The very first form revealed to Yui when she learns to use the Driver, it is said to be the soul from an ancient warrior that fought with the good demons against the bad ones. It is said that the Warrior was so strong, hardly anyone could defeat her or even pose a challenge, except for one who was only able to be sealed away. The Warrior had passed from exhaustion, but her soul remains with the Driver. Being trapped in a huge disadvantage in a group of one versus eight, this form was found to be too weak due to its time of not being used. However, the Warrior’s Soul sensed the distress, and along with the Driver, activated the gemstone within (found to contain her soul) evolved the form to match the modern times. This form has been lost to the evolution.

Fighting Abilities: Relies heavily on melee attacks. Includes: Punching Phoenix, Kicking Phoenix, Burning Phoenix (an all-out attack consisting of a barrage of punches), and Fireballs. Only the first two are used by Yui, as the others are too much for the form to handle.

Finisher: For the Warrior: a massive energy charge that creates an illusion of a phoenix. The user can strike any way they wish, which results in the enemy bursting into flame before turning to ash. For Yui: None exists; this form became too weak over time in order to use it.

Silk Mantis: Not quite a second form, the Silk Mantis is the Modern Version of the Ancient Phoenix. It is now strong enough to contend with today’s threats, armed with a bow and arrow and a sword. Yui is able to defeat the group, but now must learn to not only control the new powers, but also must find the lost Trend Tags to unlock the other forms. Silk Mantis is the basic form that increases the Rider’s strengths and such. The weapons, being a bow and arrow and a sword, have their own effects. When the bow is fired, its usual effect is to explode into razor-sharp orchid petals that home in on the target hit, dealing more damage; if the target is destroyed in one shot, the petals seek out another target, and should none remain, they simply fall to the ground and turn into pollen. ((Oh, quick Note, if you're questioning the orchid theme, it's because of the type of Mantis I found: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hymenopu… it's pretty!))

Fighting Abilities: Uses two weapons with generic skills. Can also rely on melee. Includes: Orchid Fire (bow), Orchid Strike (sword), Mantis Punch, Mantis Kick, Mantis Jab, Jumping Mantis (similar to Burning Phoenix), and Swarm (like the Fireball, only it’s a ball of mini-Mantises).

Finisher 1: Praying Mantis. Similar to the Ancient Phoenix, a massive energy charge creates an illusion of a mantis before striking the opponent so fast, it appears as if the user is teleporting, with each strike being a devastating blow. The last strike is when Yui pulls out the bow, channeling all of the energy into the arrow before firing. The arrow flies at such a speed, it’s almost like firing a gun, and the enemy is seen exploding into mantis wings.

Finisher 2: Swarm Arrow. Similar to Orchid Fire, instead of orchid petals, the arrow would explode into a large swarm of mantises. The little bugs would find a weakspot anywhere on the body (can be anything) and explode, dealing damage as well as break away any possible armor. With one last arrow, it would pass through the target, causing them to blow up into mantis wings. Not as strong as Praying Mantis.

Finisher 3: Swarm Strike. Similar to Orchid Strike, instead of a simple slash attack, it contains 3 consecutive slashes at the target. Out of these open wound appear small mantises that spread all over the target seeking a weakpoint and explode dealing damage. After that, the Rider goes in for a final stab attack that ends in the target exploding into mantis wings. Not as strong as Praying Mantis.

Sweet Lolita: The third form discovered when Yui finds the Spinel Trend Tag (sorry, the Lolita and Mori forms got switched by accident). Upon transforming into this, Yui is not thrilled. However, she soon discovers that not only does she still have the bow, but the form controls poison. She can create poison either in the palm of her hand or at the target’s feet. At first she finds it strange, until she realizes this form is meant to deceive the opponent; appear cute and innocent, but is also deadly. A lot of enemies aren’t threatened at first until, they realize they’re in trouble, often far too late. Yui shows interest in being able to torture her opponents, though this is usually countered by the Warrior’s Soul forcing the Driver to cancel the Rider altogether.

Fighting Abilities: the user is able to create poisonous blobs shaped like animals that can fight on their own. The user can also simply create poison puddles or balls that are thrown at the target. The arrows take on the new ability and either instantly kill the target or deal damage while poisoning them. Includes: Acid Animals, Venom Pool, Poison Arrow, and Venom Slash.

Finisher: Poison Dart. Often not used due to the Warrior’s Soul being contradicting, poison surrounds the Rider as if charging energy before unleashing a hellish display of spears striking any and all targets within the area. Upon striking the target, they blow up like a balloon before exploding into a purple liquid. NOTE: The liquid can be further controlled, often being morphed into an animals that seeks out any nearby targets; if none are around, the liquid evaporates into a harmless gas.

Living Forest: The second form of Vogue, activated with the Aquamarine Trend Tag. This tag is given to her by a Hog Demon who had found it one day by chance. When Yui enters this form, she finds she has no weapon, but comments that she feels as if she has a forest living inside of her. Out of all the forms, this one is her favorite, as outside of battle, it has an ability to recover dead plants; since she runs a flower shop, this form is used the most so she can produce the most beautiful of flowers, and the healthiest of other plants.

Fighting Abilities: The form itself is a weapon, hence the name. The user is able to grow/extend her arms like vines, which can quickly retract if needed. Includes: Vine Whip (can either strike with or bind targets), Flower Power (shoots flower petals at the target from the flowers on the suit), Tree Wall (as name implies, though this wall is sturdy, it can be broken), Forest Trap (shoots a seed at the target which grows into a variety of different plants, ending with a giant Pitcher Plant devouring the target; goes away after a few minutes).

Finisher: Nature’s Wrath. The suit itself expands into a large forest complete with different kinds of trees, plants, and flowers. Vines expand from below and grab onto the nearest targets, dragging them towards the forest. Within this forest, it is unsure what happens, though Yui explains that “it’s a horror worse than a horror flick”. All she knows is the targets are turned into a bed of flowers that eventually die off. This is used less than Sweet Lolita’s Finisher.

Runway Special Junihitoe: The bulkiest form, Junihitoe is only the second strongest to the Ultimate form. Its main weapon being a fan that can become a sword, this form is not meant to be the fastest, but comes packing enough bulk and power to make up for it. The fan produces strong winds and tornadoes, and can also create a duplicate to perform the strongest attack. The sword, while creator razor-like winds with each swing, can also create a windstorm. Yui often complains about being slow, but adores the power. This form is activated with the Moonstone Trend Tag.

Fighting Abilities: Wind Gust, Tornado Burst, Wind Slash, North Winds (the powerful windstorm created by the sword; is said to be a cold as winter).

Finisher: Double Dance. By activating this ability, the fan creates a duplicate of itself and grows in size. Summoning the strongest winds, Yui spins around creating a cyclone that destroys everything in its path. While wide open during this attack, it is near impossible to get close, unless the target makes it to the eye and strikes from there. It is difficult to cancel this move in order to counter; the best strategy is to have another Rider within the eye of the cyclone.

Ultimate Fashion Trend, Royal Samurai: Of course, the strongest form Vogue has, Royal Samurai is activated with the Red Tiger’s Eye Trend Tag. Said to contain too much power for the old driver to handle, the Warrior’s Soul proved everyone wrong, by sacrificing her soul to upgrade the Driver to the point it can handle anything. A tearful moment yields the Royal Samurai, a sleek form with beauty to match, those that see it comment on the powerful aura containing so much determination and spirit. It comes bringing two weapons, a katana that controls fire and an oar that controls water, and when combined, they create the most devastating attack. Because the Warrior’s Soul went into the upgrade, it can also use melee, though this is often a back-up.

Fighting Abilities: Fire Stream, Water Stream, Steam Cloud, Fire Boost (user moves faster), Water Boost (user gains defense), Lava Wave (creates a wave of fire that engulfs the area), Tidal Wave (same as Lava Wave), Burning Waterspout, Burning Punch, and Drowning Kick.

Finisher 1: Royal Flush. Both weapons are combined, Royal Samurai begins to glow red. The user spins the weapons rapidly, creating a fiery water funnel that sucks in any and all targets. Once it closes forming an orb, loud splashing and explosions are heard. Soon, the orb becomes steam, revealing the targets have been destroyed to the point nothing remains.

Finisher 2: Samurai’s Heart. The weapons, instead of being combined, are raised in the air. Both glow their respective colors before becoming pure energy, being absorbed by Vogue. These energies are so intense, that the user has to attack immediately, otherwise they run the risk of an implosion, causing massive damage which may force the transformation to disappear. Using only melee, with each punch or kick, bits of the energies “explode” from the impact; these little “explosions” are meant to cause even further damage. The final strike is a combined fire and water stream sent straight at the target. Once it’s over, the form will be letting off steam as the weapons return, though now the user is left badly weakened.

About the Trend Tags: While they are based off price tags that hang off clothing, they actually containing a mythical gemstone that contains various powers that allow Vogue to enter either form, starting from Silk Mantis. They are, however, not completely indestructible as the White Opal was shown to be cracking during Yui’s 8 vs 1 battle. How they actually could crack now is unknown, though the other Riders think it could be from great stress, or simply becoming old.

About Warrior’s Soul: I actually had no idea what to do about the Driver for quite some time. During conversation with and , we decided it would come from ancient times. Part of this came from the fact that the first two Rider Forms (that would’ve been the true Base) that were created, I had trouble deciding between. Learning that there were other Riders with forms that “evolved”, I decided on that, and soon the Ancient Warrior was born. Deciding to have it be a part of the Driver seems like a longshot I know, but I feel because the Driver is so old, and that the Warrior died with it, that her soul should be a big part of it.

About Kamen Rider Vogue/Fashion: The whole idea came up with Zero was talking to me about the newest series, Ghost. He was showing me scans and I guess the fans weren’t sure if they were real or not at first (well, we know how that ended XD). He told me of rumors that the next series would be fashioned-based, but neither of us knew how it would even work. The next day while working in the barn, I got an idea that I had to type up in a gmail using my phone and sent it to Zero. Impressed with the idea, we kept going back and forth on it, and eventually sought the help of Omega. I tried to draw it out myself, but I think I lost the ability to draw humans. I had typed up designs and other ideas, but it turned out some were too complex or over the top (which is for some reason, what I always go for…no idea why), so aside from a few things, I let Omega design the forms; he had better ideas anyway.

The masks each form has is actually based off certain Masquerade Masks, instead of the usual bug-eyed ones (I dunno, some of them bug me…ha, bad pun). Save for the Lolita one, each one has a unique design that I picked out. Though we ran into some trouble with a few, especially with the last two forms, so I looked up some simpler masks, and he went from there. Originally, the Sweet Lolita was going to have paw prints (as some Sweet Lolita dresses have some kind of print), but Omega didn’t want to include them, so in turn the mask became cat-like ears. Good enough; I can still get away with the animal-shaped blobs. Also about that form, I wanted it to be deceiving. If anyone here has watched any kind of anime or seen any kind of tv show or movie, then you’d know the one rule: if it’s cute, it’s f*cking deadly. Never underestimate something that looks weak; it could f*ck you up big time.

The naming of the forms also became a slight issue, as a lot of KR forms have a name. “Royal Samurai” was already made up, and a couple I couldn’t really give a name to. “Vogue” also became a thing as it is similar to “fashion”, which is Omega’s idea. That actually works, but altogether, I’m just gonna call it “Kamen Rider Fashion”, as each rider has a form based of some of the known Fashion Trends (like Lolita, Steampunk, Goth, etc). Gemstones/Jewelry are also a part of the fashion world, which is what inspired the Trend Tags. Also, if you’re into this kind of stuff, certain gemstones are said to contain “mystical powers”, some so strong as to affect happiness, cleanse away the bad energy, help one focus/meditate, and other things. Another reason for the Trend Tags “containing mystical powers”.

As one more note, Kamen Rider Vogue was originally going to have 7 forms (with a single base, what you see now, and also Visual Kei and Goth). But while talking about it with the guys, I realized that yes, having this many forms was a lot, and two of them were similar. So I took out Goth and Visual Kei and gave them to two other characters (both brothers).

Learning that there were other Riders with forms that “evolved”, I decided on that, and soon the Ancient Warrior was born. Deciding to have it be a part of the Driver seems like a longshot I know, but I feel because the Driver is so old, and that the Warrior died with it, that her soul should be a big part of it.

About Kamen Rider Vogue/Fashion: The whole idea came up with Zero was talking to me about the newest series, Ghost. He was showing me scans and I guess the fans weren’t sure if they were real or not at first (well, we know how that ended XD). He told me of rumors that the next series would be fashioned-based, but neither of us knew how it would even work. The next day while working in the barn, I got an idea that I had to type up in a gmail using my phone and sent it to Zero. Impressed with the idea, we kept going back and forth on it, and eventually sought the help of Omega. I tried to draw it out myself, but I think I lost the ability to draw humans. I had typed up designs and other ideas, but it turned out some were too complex or over the top (which is for some reason, what I always go for…no idea why), so aside from a few things, I let Omega design the forms; he had better ideas anyway.

The masks each form has is actually based off certain Masquerade Masks, instead of the usual bug-eyed ones (I dunno, some of them bug me…ha, bad pun). Save for the Lolita one, each one has a unique design that I picked out. Though we ran into some trouble with a few, especially with the last two forms, so I looked up some simpler masks, and he went from there. Originally, the Sweet Lolita was going to have paw prints (as some Sweet Lolita dresses have some kind of print), but Omega didn’t want to include them, so in turn the mask became cat-like ears. Good enough; I can still get away with the animal-shaped blobs. Also about that form, I wanted it to be deceiving. If anyone here has watched any kind of anime or seen any kind of tv show or movie, then you’d know the one rule: if it’s cute, it’s f*cking deadly. Never underestimate something that looks weak; it could f*ck you up big time.

The naming of the forms also became a slight issue, as a lot of KR forms have a name. “Royal Samurai” was already made up, and a couple I couldn’t really give a name to. “Vogue” also became a thing as it is similar to “fashion”, which is Omega’s idea. That actually works, but altogether, I’m just gonna call it “Kamen Rider Fashion”, as each rider has a form based of some of the known Fashion Trends (like Lolita, Steampunk, Goth, etc). Gemstones/Jewelry are also a part of the fashion world, which is what inspired the Trend Tags. Also, if you’re into this kind of stuff, certain gemstones are said to contain “mystical powers”, some so strong as to affect happiness, cleanse away the bad energy, help one focus/meditate, and other things. Another reason for the Trend Tags “containing mystical powers”.

As one more note, Kamen Rider Vogue was originally going to have 7 forms (with a single base, what you see now, and also Visual Kei and Goth). But while talking about it with the guys, I realized that yes, having this many forms was a lot, and two of them were similar. So I took out Goth and Visual Kei and gave them to two other characters (both brothers).
