I agree with the whole "DA making things look gray" part.

I think it has something to do with the site's green-gray website interface.

That may be part of it, I think it's just the RGB output or something, web-compatible colors are a bit different than what you complete in something like Photoshop.

Dude this is amazing! I love your colors. I'm just doing a portrait study but I find it so hard to get nice skin colors. I love these. Amazing to see the progress you made since I saw your 1st drawings here. You siblings are truly inspirational!

Thanks man! I find myself looking at movie screencaps a lot when I paint. I'll sometimes also drop cover overlays on top of them so I can get some weirder palettes.
