Description It's likely that if humans went extinct, after the next mass extinction to occur on the earth, Birds might evolve ape-like intelligence and tool using/building attributes. The may even evolve human level intelligence and culture.

That's true! I'd expect the "ornosapien" would actually retain arms, and the "wing fingers" and "thumb" would become manipulatory devices. I was so shocked by the fact that it walks on the upper surface of its feet, that I didn't realize it has no arms/wings.

I would think they would manipulate tools via feet and beak. That's how crows and parrots do it in contemporary.

I like it! Very plausibly looking. I like you gave the bird back the leg joints more associated with other tetrapods.

The most plasible candidates are the Parrots and Corvids.
