it already came out this year! i'm so sorry if it looks like i got your hopes up. like i said, it looks like i mistook the videos i saw (the 7 special episodes) for season 2, but again, they were just specials. this kind of anime seems like the sort that gets another season, though. you should keep up to date on it.
