Description
It's been a while since I've uploaded anything here. Didn't really have anything that could be uploaded and the few I did, I forgot to do so. I made this while taking an intermission between commissions to experiment with a new way use colored outlines instead of solid black. I've been wanting to draw Rouge for a while since the last time I tried to draw a saucy sonic female, my skills were'nt good enough and it was a failure. So I took another stab at it since I have made improvements since then. There are more variants on my blog.
