Dr. Clef is a professor who, in his most notable work, became a dog. A SENTIENT DOG. However Clef is also professionalized in killing Reality Benders, which SCP-239 is. Clef, in the process of incident 239-B, loses his eyes, is infected by SCP-091-ARC, and more wounds (he is also paralyzed from the neck down after the interview with Kondraki, I believe)

Actually the dog is Kain Pathos Crow. Dr. Clef is some unexplained being who causes an instinctual fear in women who meet him. It is impossible to actually photograph him, and he seems to consistently lie at all times.
