Description
Introduction for the Law of Talos Tourney hosted by *Sins-Of-Angels !I hope you enjoy. Kinda scrambled to get this together. It's traditional for once (gasp). I did it with inking pens, ink & brush, watercolor, colored pencil and goache. It's got digital bubbles, gutters and a bit of color correct, though it's still 90% or so traditional.
I threw in big thick gutters between the pages here, since I did the page full-bleed (because i'm stupid) so it kinda gets weird when it's stacked. So here's 10 pages all on top of one another! And hopefully this will give you a general idea of the way that Rellik an me interact... mweheh.. mwahaoaoaho!

Yes, Del is from the real world, and is actually me- the artist 
The phone is the only communication between Del & wherever LoT world is- but Rel can dimension hop and show up wherever so they've had face-to-face communication before. Does that help? :3 hope you enjoy the comics~

So I was rembering all of the fun involved in reading your Law of Talos entries, and I suddenly realized, "...! I have no idea how Rellik came to the competition to begin with!"
And so here I am. 
I honestly think it was brilliant and fun how you incorporated yourself into this. I absolutely love how you can literally check on DA to see his opponents! XD I was considering a similar ability for some characters I tried to enter in the , but it would have been kind of hard to make it understandable for people not used to them. You pulled it off brilliantly, though!
And the fact that your tail is so expressive is especially fun. I like how it bristled up in the last panel there, where you/Del are obviously very irritated. Great attention to detail!
On a final note, I’d like to say that your art style continues to impress, but that I can also say that your most recent entries in LoT show an even more dramatic and stunning display of talent. You obviously poured a ton of extra effort into the Round 3 entries to make them turn out so beautiful, in lineart and shading and dynamic, and I deeply admire your artistic talent. As well as your writing talent, for putting together such a captivating, humorous, and intriguing plot. ^^
Again, excellent job on your entries; I was truly sorry to see you defeated in the last round, and I fully believe the judge’s comments on how incredibly hard it must have been to choose. I hope you entered more contests in the future, so that we can have fun reading your comics again!

Awwww~ Yes! Hahaha I definitely feel like I improved as LoT went along- for sure, if you compare the Intro with Round 3 you can see the difference. (As well a HUGE difference in time.. the intro took me about.. 3 or 4 days? whereas round 3 was more like.. 45 days? hehe) But I'm very glad you can enjoy all of them! Hehe I did love the phone idea xD I tried to get my kicks in with it before I'd end up in LoT (tohohoho, a little foreplanning..) I'm not sure that I've done any other comics with myself and Rel? I usually only have very random one-shot pictures of my bothering/annoying him. But I will take a look-see in case there's anything floating around on my harddrive. <3
But thank you so much. Your comments are all too nice! It really helps me in knowing what people like when I get nice big comments that are just SO descriptive! I really mean it! I'm planning to do more comics in the future- whether or not for contests is yet to be seen- but I certainly won't stop! Thanks so much for watchin me thus far

Ah well, I shall continue to browse around your gallery looking for the guy. One-shots are just as fun; I do that frequently w/ one of my favorite comic characters whom I like to annoy.

Ohhh yes. Honestly, looking back, I can't figure out how I spent that much time on it. It just.. is like going into a dark portal that you just have to fight your way out to the other end. Hehehe, and then forget the journey, because it was frightening D:

I'll be getting so decent practice, at least, because I entered the , and while I sadly did not get in, I have committed to doing a series of SEs, one of which is going to be directly incorporated into the storyline of a friend who DID get in (she's awesome like that). And I am definitely beginning to feel the pain of trying to get a bunch of wonderful comics done by the deadline. 'Cause I have to get it in before the deadline, or her entry will make less sense! @.@ Wish me luck!

I read the whole thing and thought "Wow, love the texture... such amazing texture...", then looked over it again... then read your description. >> not my usual order...
Anyway--amazing! Beautiful traditional media. It really gives it a nice, different feel than your digital work. You're a very diversely talented artist.
