Kenny McKormick, after escaping a murderous cult that did things to him that he can only rememberΒ flashes of, discovers something horrifying; he can't die. After having several of his limbs chopped off and shot in the head, he finds the bullet pop out, and his limbs reattach themselves as if magnetized. Forced to abandon the only person he has left, his sister, he is on the run, but trying to find out about the cult that damned him and the curse that plagues him. Being a vigilante eventually finds its way to him, and every week, he sends money he "confiscates" from hitmen and drug dealers he takes down to a one Karen McKormick.
