well, if you ever find out who has been using it, you can always let them know that you hold the copy right on it since your so called friend did not follow through his end of the bargain... that means that he does not own the image and neither do the people he gave it to to use for their site.

Although there's no disputing that guy was a jerk, you've still made one awesome piece of art out of it. Beautiful shading on the muscles, and I like the long mane and tail. Your use of the background is also extremely interesting. Brilliant work!
