History: Born in Fairfort, Oliver is a 3rd son of a wealthy family on said city, he wanted to do something, so he decided to work in the ports, but he started to feel boring about his life until he saw a Bayleef running around the streets and jumping, he found that Bayleef was cool, but he didn't know who was he, so he decided to follow him, until he crossed with him, it was Drake "the green typhoon", one of the most wanted outlaws. Drake didn't like his presence at that moment, but oliver told him he liked what he saw on the streets and wanted to help him to rob others stores he knew. From that moment Oliver not only helps Drake to give information of good stores to rob, but also helps Drake with Trade Guild movements, in the cities. His great goal is to himself become a Lexin, and work with Drake, someone who looks up to.

Personality: He can be serious at the time to do some "spy" tasks, but he can end up being goofy with the situation. He can get jealous of some little things, but tries to keep his composure. He'll take any job that Drake will give to him, in that way he can prove himself he can join the Lexin Wayfarers. If stuff doesn't go his way, he'll get a little quirky and  he might fail on his duty of what he needs to do.

Trivia:

- He's the youngest on the group between Drake, Charle and even Lorenzo. he's 16.

- He doesn't like fire types.

- Altho he helps outlaws, he tends to have a "bias" towards the Lexins, so he doesn't help the Blue-Spirits so much.

- He will never tell his family about being an outlaw, or he'll be in trouble as well as their reputation.
