I love that. That bitter longing for the unknown and forgotten. The fear of the loss of the basis of today, and very possibly, tomorrow. The silent stories still sit there sideways in the walls, already tired of even trying to be noticed or told.

It's a very somber piece, almost sad, but beautiful nonetheless! The light contrasts with the shadows, while both illuminate yet shroud the piano, adding a bit of a mysterious air to it.

Aw... this makes me want to cry... really... I'm a musician and... to see an instrument like this... it just makes me cry... I play Piano and Harp... and nothing is sadder to me than seeing one that will never again make music... whenever I see those, or hear about them, I want to take them in my arms, and make music with them again. To teach them to sing again, as I sing with them... That probably sounds cheesy and overdramatic and all...but really... This is an incredibly beautiful capture... and... and it's so very, very emotional. Beautiful.

Not at all. I feel the same way about the buildings as a whole. It's a shame to see beautiful things go to waste. The piano still works, and could possibly be restorable. For all I know, it could just need to be tuned.
