well...i don;t much like this. heh, what else is new, right? well, usually i get that all the time, but this one had to be particular...so this might be subject to change.
this pic, hence the title, was in a dream i had awhile ago. All of the other details set aside, this came in when my friend and i were "calendar shopping". and I just remember seeing something like this in the book (it was a calendar a bit later on) and saying something along the lines of "i really like that". it had crayon in it...i know layers of acrylic paint, which i totally didn't do...
and overall, yes, composition kinda sucks, but i'll make another one some day.

Having a cafe close to your house isn't all that happy especially since I my neighborhood has a market place relatively close to it...SO MUCH TRAFFIC!!!!
and the fact that sometimes the smell of the food and coffee roam to my house...makes me hungry...
but yeah it is good...

i love this one. very strange/surreal concept here but i love the simplicity of the composition and how you drew the background, i don't know, i really love this piece

would you care to explain what you used where, i know the people are ink and i see the watercolor but where did you use the crayon and sharpie? i really like the concept tough

well, the crayon is in the backround (and in some of the people) , it's the pink and blue and black and grey and...such.
it was as close as i was going to get to the pic in my head, i didn't want to use the acrylics i would have had to use to mimic it exactly.
heh, i can't really remember where i used the sharpie, most likely on touchups on the people...maybe in the bird cage up there...
