anyway... if some day you feel like doing something with pasta.. search for more interesting format like farfalle or shells 
you can do them cold, with some little cube of tomato, mozzarella, black olive and oregano... or in other 1000 ways!!!!! :spreadloveplzimg:

Yes that's all bento is. You don't have to cook Japanese food, it's just whatever you like in healthy portions!

My friend when she was moving found it (she bought it years ago and never used it). She asked me if I would like to have it and I obviously accepted. You can search traditional bento boxes on Jlist, ebay, or amazon though.

It depends on what I'm going after. I try to keep myself in control as much as possible. My parents have NO self control when it comes to food, I'm surprised they're both not obese. I'm a bit more conscious of it and try to keep things controlled. But of course it doesn't always happen >w<
