The base coat shows through, so this horse is an nFlr. There is some slight flower colored blushing on the face, hocks and knees, as well as the flower petal design across the shoulders.

Also, to note, some breeds are closed to public creation in some manner or another (some are completely closed to public creation and must be handed out by the breed owner. Some have limited types that are allowed, with rares distributed by breed owners, etc. Some can only be created by breeding 2 existing horses together - with owners' permissions!- etc.)
You'll also have to create your own horses, and not copy other people's designs, unless you have the design owner's permission (bought the horse, purchased the design, it was gifted to you, etc)
There's looots and lots of different breeds created for the game. As mentioned before, some are free to create, others are not.
Much of my better recent art is of #Nordanner s, which is a very popular, but closed breed. The group distributes starter horses (each with a limited number of breeding slots), then the owners of the horses agree to pair various (completely unrelated) horses together to create more horses. the group has its own set of rules that it abides by, and a point system to gain horses status by collecting art of said horse.
This horse you commented to is a breed created by myself. Take a look at #HARPG-Ayrintili for more details on it. The flower inspired coat pattern is currently closed to public creation (Its still in development), though the breed is, otherwise, open.
