Kinda funny that Ace is a girl and Clover is a boy in this, flipped from My Little Pony Tales. Of course, Tales is so unknown to the fandom at large that it's highly unlikely the creator knew any of that. But if so, that just makes it funnier.
The show needs more awesome cyborg ponies. So, who are they, if breaking it down for someone who has never heard of Fallout (FOE or whatever Fallout it's based on) before isn't too hard?

well they are from a fallout equestria side fic called "Tales of a courier" I havent read it so dont know their whole stories but Clover was a courier who got shot in the head. thats about All I know. you should read The fics though.
