Description This picture brings back memories, This is the first picture when I found out you could mix art styles together.
The background is a simple Photoshop filter and the Flareon is hand drawn.

I made it with Photoshop. I made the Flareons body first and then played with the fur and used the smudge tool.

The body and the head are separate layers so the body flame is in the middle. The background is a simple effect, i just kept playing with the settings till i liked how it looked
