Description
This is for 's newest contest. You draw a non-dragony Pokemon as a dragon. I thought of a Joltik, and HAD TO DRAW IT.Because Joltik is freaking adorable. Speedpaint in Photoshop, just over a half an hour.

Joltik sort of freaks me out a little...I mean come on! it's a tick disguised as a pokemon.

Somehow, even knowing he's a tick... I just find him cute. Back before his English name was announced, I assumed he was a fluffy yellow spider, and that's what he remains in my mind.
Because yes. Ticks are disgusting.

A fluffy yellow spider would be fine- I like Spinarak and Joltik is cute too. But I think they called it Joltik because it 'feeds' off other Pokemon's static. Ticks are nasty though.
