(Gah, just realized now this quest was supposed to be forum-exclusive. Oh well. This can just be an art submission anyway.)

Lia's actually pretty skilled in combat already, but Byodramon's never fought anything bigger than a songbird. Or at least she's working on her agility training. Her fighting style is "Just never get hit, and it doesn't matter if you're really squishy," where Lia's is "Just ignore that pain. You can fall over later." (She could BE the Black Knight from Monty Python) Together, they manage to strike a (relatively) healthy balance.

So she's sparring a bit with Kotemon, the resident guardian-in-training. Egads, I need to get better at lineart. Or at least find a way to make that sketchy look work FOR me rather than against.
