ok the character overall is awesome no doubt and for that he looks like vash isn't true- in anime and manga most super cool bad asses have a familiar desighn so that's probably why he may look like someone else
and besides they're personalities are probably different

I'm sure this has been said before, but he looks so much like Vash. It's because of the basics of how we recognize things. Very similar silhouette and the major blocks of colour (coat and hair). I think a lot of such comments would disappear if you changed those up a bit (for instance making the coat rust red/brown by way of example).

No folks you see his coat was originally WHITE! It was made red by the blood of his enemies.
Okay so...with the same mind frame ya'll are going about this....Vincent ripped off Vash the Stampede, Vash ripped off Dante and Dante ripped off Edward Elric, who was ripping off Vincent the whole time. And Clouds in there somewhere just cause, BECAUSE EVERYONE RIPS OFF CLOUD AMIRITE?
