Aw thanks~! Haha yeah that was probably me, I like to take silly pictures sometimes~ X3 The skull is actually a mix of materials, but the front part is a resin cast of a sculpted dog skull, I didn't sculpt it all myself, I'm not that good XD Paper mache is probably a good way to go though. If you make a good framework to lay it over it should come out pretty nice. Just make sure to do lots of layers so it's thick enough to be sturdy. You can also cover it with something like liquitex gesso after it's done then sand it so it's smooth. And paint with spray paint so you don't have brush streaks.

Hmm, maybe hand paint first coats then spray paint to finish? Also depends on whether you have details that need to be hand-painted on top as well

For my skulls, its mostly white paint and then roughened up for an aging effect. I would have to either paint or cut some cracks for the Gaster ones.
