your attention to detail really is impressive! ^_^
your colors and proportions are right on the mark, as usual! but i do have a suggestion or two:
the eyes and face are pretty undefined and make this chara rather expressionless. if sure you know that the eyes are the focal pt for ANY artwork/pic!! it's just a natural thing we do a humans... so, don't neglect the most important part. also, her hair seems rather lifeless too. no real shading or definition. just a few spare strands and whisp of a highlight. try adding more hair IN the hair and pull out the eyes at least with some liner.
but i adore the rest of it!!

Well it's already got four favorites, so I don't think the verbal bashing is a problem. I like the font you uses (or made) for the name. The actual picture's not bad either. She reminds me of the girl in Samurai Champloo or someone from Ninja Scroll....
