Haven't done any photomanipulations in a while, so I'm going to try to get back into it.This one's rather rushed though, and the editing isn't brilliant, especially round the hair. I also tried to give it highlights like I've seen in other pictures, but that didn't work... one day I'll figure out how to do it.

All the stock? This one was pretty easy, as I only really used everything that was on the first few most popular pages, but usually I save the picture as filename_by_username, which is what it automatically saves to if you save the image, then I can just go back to that account and find the picture.
Though I have completely lost where I've got stock from before when I've been careless and just copied it into Photoshop.

I know what you mean, especially if you are an image junkie like I have been ever since we got our first computer in 95. probably before that, actually! always have loved visual art, and it is easy to find beauty everywhere. Now I have 3000+ images I've made in the past 14 months since I got sick and kind of housebound, and I have made a lot with images I have no idea where they came from. Hundreds of folders, red, blue, fairies, scenery, backgrounds, you know, trying to organize since i got into PaintDotNet. Now I'm stuck with this copyright thing I knew nothing about before! I just figured if you aren't selling it's fine, then when I started uploading, I didn't realize at first you could just by pass the sell part and I kept clicking submit. I probably need to take the whole gallery thing down. This is just therapy for me anyway! cheers! and thanks for answering! amazing how many people are up this time of night, but even though it's almost 5 a.m., I sleep most of the day and am up at night cuz it's quiet and my anxiety stays at bay! kathy

Wow, that's a lot of images haha I don't tend to save the ones I like on my pc but I've got over 1000 favourites since I came to this website 4 years ago. If you want to find out where something came from you could try using Google reverse image search or Tineye, you might get lucky and be able to find the original artist.
It's not quite as bad if you're not selling them, but I'm afraid it's still not allowed. Thanks for being understanding, I didn't want to put you off or anything, just wanted to warn you as I've seen people get completely flamed and harassed when they didn't realise about copyright rules and such.
And no problem, though it's 10.30 in the morning for me lol Anyway I hope things get better for you. Oh and thanks for the fave!
