I have really never been one for photography about frogs; but this makes me reconsider that.
Fair to say that your focus is fantastic.
The blur at the bottom of the frog's body an along the back, plus along the hand are a contrast against the frog as a whole. It makes the frog pop out!
The frog doesn't look freaked or stressed out like I often see; just curious. Must be thinking, 'Hey, what's the human got there in her hand?'
Another thing that I love is the details. How wet and slick the frog seems to be. The eyes, more importantly the one that seems to be staring right at me through the screen. Just the over all pattern on the frog have me mesmerized.

Fantastic focus you have on the face there, with the blur beginning slightly below, that really creates some depth into this. And he looks so wet!
