Description
Pencil drawing, 35 x 25 cms. I was fascinated by the visual contrast between our opaque living bodies and the hard semi-transparent nature of children's glass marbles and wanted to see if I could get near to capturing those contrasts in a pencil drawing. Did I succeed? I call this approach to art "transcendental realism" as it seeks to convey the sacred that is in everything.Related content
