lol That's cause this isn't Tenma.. I'm guessing this pic is based one a reboot of the story I'm not familiar with as this is clearly meant to be Dr. Ochanomizu in this pic. Maybe 2003 seers.. not sure.. can't say as I haven't seen anything other than Β the manga version and the 80's tv series version.
