Description So, after a while as of late I've been busy with the final touches in my school career, now at last summer's here and I have more time to devote myself to paleobiology. I'm working on my second unpublished book about dinos, which will be released in some bookstores in central Italy by the end of the year, so I'm not particularly active paleoartistically talking, although I'll use (exclusively?) my own drawings to illustrate the book.

Anyway, the summer is open with this new chinese hadrosauroid just outside the Hadrosauridae node, diagnosed mainly by two autapomorphies:
. Strongly deflected posteroventrally posterior third of the maxilla relative to the anterior two thirds of it;
. Dentary teeth with crowns of both median and distally offset primary ridges
The remains include a partial holotypic skull (jugal, maxilla and dentary) and a paratype which consists in five anterior-middle dorsal vertebrae (some lack which of the dorsal portion of the neural spines), fragments of the dorsal ribs, and the nearly complete right scapula and ulna.
Restoration based especially on the skeletal drawing on PLOS ONE, with skull detail.

Probably because the paper describing it only came out a week ago.

I really need to get into the know about these new dinosaur species. And by the way, I'm working on your Hesperosaurus request.

Remember a few months ago when I asked you what five species of dinosaurs you wanted me to draw for you? You wanted the dinosaurs Stenopelix, Hesperosaurus, Byronosaurus, Aardonyx, and Achelousaurus. I guess that sort of counts as a request.

I have utterly no recollection of this. I've barely even heard of some of those species. Are you sure you aren't confusing me with someone else?
