I am in LOVE with this show. LOVE. Andrew Lincoln is A.m.a.z.i.n.g as Sheriff Rick Grimes I haven't read the comics yet... I hope to do so soon... but for now i'm going to dwell in this beautiful, zombie infested show.

I honestly think this scene was the best scene of the first season... The lighting is gorgeous... his expressions, flawless and although the whole waking-up-in-a-hospital-in-the-midst-of-a-zombie-apocalypse this is rather done... i thought this, by far, was the best in it's category.

This started out as a rough practice / speed painting but then I really liked the way it was shaping out so decided to do a complete refined piece. There is another version with a few walkers in the background... Wasn't sure if i should put it up though...

Also... I've actually got like WIP shots of the whole process... so if any one is interested in seeing it... lemme know
