psh referencing poses is not bad! in fact is a great way to learn! If you were tracing...well then yeah, that wouldn't help you at all and you could say it wasnt original! BUT DAMN GURL THIS CAME OUT SO AMAZINGLY EPIC oh Ren please take my bodeh!

Nice job. I like the perspective. Hands looked like they where a pain to draw at that angle, but they came out so nice. His left (our right) arm looks a little off though, but I can't place my finger on it. Elbow maybe?

It's always easier with a reference. It also normally looks far more natural and proportionate with a reference too.
If it was like that in the reference, then don't worry about that elbow. Sometimes the human body can bend and look in ways that just don't look right.
Anytime, when I have time. Or when I think I have something to say. Or when I just feel like striking up a conversation...
