Hmmm, well.. I haven't tried for a job yet, but I know that jobs are hard to find with unnatural hair colors. If you are trying to get a job, it'd be best to dye it natural or keep it natural until you get the job, then ask them what their policies are on about hair colors.
And I haven't heard anybody say they didn't like my hair. I've had tons of complete strangers of all ages and sex come up to me and say they love my hair. Even a lot of my teachers at school have done so. xD
But, if you aren't too keen on finding a job, I say you should just go for the pink! Make sure the bleach your hair first and the dye I use is Special Effects Atomic Pink. It's a good brand that stays in for a while, and is still pretty even as it is fading. It's a really hot pink hair dye that starts out a magenta. If you want lighter go for Cupcake pink. But yah, there's other dyes out there too, just find one you like. :]
