His eyebrows were pretty awesome in the first film, but I don't know if this is just me being, well ME, but weren't his eyebrows more thin and stretched out in the second film?

I like using the arm as the contour for the bottom. It's stylized and interesting without being too ragged--as in, you don't look at it and say "hey, his body's cut off."
