deridolls — A different doll

Description Long before I signed up here on dA, I came across it while looking for ideas for dolls.
I found a gorgeous doll pattern I put to use to make this fairy doll but whose creator, a fellow deviant, I can't recall and I also can't seem to find the file, so if this doll's shape rings any bells, please let me know so I can give proper credit.

This photo doesn't really do her justice, but you must take my word for it as I can't find the others I took.
I free-styled her dress' shape and gave it a bit of embroidery on the bodice for an extra touch. Unseen on her back, she also has small blue butterfly wings.

I've offered her to a little girl, but I'm afraid she wasn't appreciated as I've never seen her or heard from her being played with when I drop by.

Thank you! The dress was one of those lucky experiments that works great at first try! I wish those happened waaaaaay more often then they do.

It's more like she is constantly being given presents and has waaaaaaay too much stuff. I have since noticed that she only seems to play with her toys a couple of times before discarding them.
I love her grandparents dearly and owe them more than I can ever repay, so the doll was meant more as a gesture for them than the kid, but it still rubs me the wrong way that I could have given her something simpler and quicker to make and kept this one for myself or for a loving home.
