Ruki, the lead vocalist from The Gazette. And it's a HE just so we are all on the same page.
I think the scanner might have killed it a bit.......it looks better in real life.
The layout kinda looks like it could be a card or something. 
I really enjoyed doing this piece. I can hardly believed I did this.
I actually tried some new things (which for me is saying something 
) and it turned out pretty good in my opinion. Of course it's not perfect.........I might have killed some of his mysteriousness from the ageOffset=16" original picture used as reference. But regardless for the first time in quite awhile I adore a picture I did. 
Materials:
Primas colored pencils
Black Prima marker for border
Photoshop Elements 3 for touchups
Time: 3-5 hours just for coloring and probably 1-2 for drawing, done on different days
Music:
Gazette: Burial Applicant(played mostly for half the hours I worked on this a least!

Oh yeesh. Typo. It's NOT one of those ridiculously realistic pieces. Meaning, those drawings that are so good it's almost like the real thing. And it's a good thing, the way I used it at least. Even though it's not just like the actual person, it resembles him a great deal.

I like the hair tones and how the hair is coloured and his eyes are pretty well done too. His face is really feminime atleast in this picture...
