The Creepin' Crud is going around at Dexlabs. Mr. Green was among the first to fall. Not surprising, as he seems to be unusually susceptible to illness.

He trudges in the door, slouched and billowing smoke. It isn't hard to tell, he has a fever. Poor Green looks terrible.

Ben was discovered passed out in a chair somewhere. Some kind-hearted soul took the time to at least toss a blanket over him after he passed out there following his return in the wee hours of the morning from a crazy mission in bad weather. Ben too is unusually susceptible to illness; and when he gets sick, it is a big to-do. He goes down hard.

Then, not long after, Morton shows up LATE to work! and in Him's company! Morton is NEVER late, and Morton does not like Him. Morton looks terrible. Him found him passed out near his own car in the parking lot and took pitty on the poor, helpless (very good looking) man, and helped him inside.

Morton would have done the smart thing and called in sick, but Sgt. Deerborne, the second in command, was in even worse shape than Morton was, so Morton forced himself to go in. Leaving Dexter unprotected is, after all, out of the question.
