Look at that! My hand's beginning to cooperate!
Next we'll see if I can focus enough to write! ahem. Anyway lol Here we have Ben Tennyson towards the end of 's story A Time for Heroes (go read! I've linked her stories in every illustration I've done so far!)---actually I sketched a very mild version of how beat up he was before [link] Didn't get around to coloring this first, but considering how very little I've accomplished in my art so far, I'm glad to just get something up! Along with that, though, I'd meant to put in a window near him and I think he was supposed to be sleeping in a wheelchair but my mind didn't process that---so we're gonna pretend that Dexter (who's hospital room Ben's in) has an epically large chair there in case the "baby Einstein" decides he wants a different view than from his hospital bed, and Ben fell asleep there.
More of all sorts of things to come someday!

lol Yeah, pretty much, I kinda pictured a bit of Mr Green going overboard with pillows and the entirety of DexCorp lacking in the pillow department in the morning.
I'm glad you're enjoying the image so much lol, drawing illustrations for elecktrum's stories is just too much fun

He kind of has to go overboard with them though. If Ben's not securely in place with all those pillows, he could hurt his back or neck or fall out of the chair, bless his heart.
Once he's done tucking Ben and Dexter in, Mr. Green will probably be off to try to feed Morton, despite that he is not hungry and is perfectly capable of feeding himself
...Okay...so maybe he will have a cookie. maybe two. Yeah, Mr. Green, you can leave that batch on the nightstand for him.

ah, Narnia! The mother of all writing blocks has booted me out of there for the time being (hence my frolick in FuFa), but I love it dearly there. I had a blast writing ITW, but I think my best Narnia story is either 'Thole' or 'Black Dwarfs, Blue River.' Both are beastly long but highly satisfying.

Those poor boys. They're probably whooping it up and wishing Dexter and Ben long lives and many adventures for a very long time to come. Anything to get me to lay off them for a while.
Susan is my biggest challenge to write, though she's a fascinating character. I just don't enjoy trouncing the queens as much as the kings.

lol yes I have no doubt of that! lol, I have to say Jasene and Nathan, the twins I created for the HP universe, have been thrown under the bus this week. Which makes other characters happy despite the fact that they're 13 year olds, but I couldn't help it. An idea popped into my head and it wouldn't leave, I'm pretty sure their younger sister's the one who gave me the idea! lol
Indeed, I can see how she'd be challenging, especially since we know that she grows up to be the one who stays in our reality during the final book. And yes boys can take a beating pretty well, can't they? I think it's kinda the same as them not asking for directions---my friend Joey's a perfect example he lets a sickness or injury go unattended until he desperately needs a doctor *facepalm*
