To be fair, I don't think most people would be using "your" phrase and taking credit for it when you see it, no more than the idea they're using "my" phrase and taking credit for it. Anyone who's a fan of South Park probably has thought of it and probably felt they created it. If anything though, Matt and Trey made it up and we're all taking credit for it!
Until you commented, I had no idea you even existed, so I'm not taking credit for anything you supposedly created. Who's to say I didn't think of it long before you did, and didn't post it until last year? You may have been the first in your social network to think of it and use it, but somewhere else in the world, someone you never knew probably is saying the same thing!
It's just a fun piece, enjoy it and be happy!

I took the blood-smeared text and smile from the actual "Why So Serious?" poster, then just tweaked it a bit. No font, just freehand.
