-Ayrshire Cove-Legend has it that a sailor from Ayrshire was shipwrecked and found shelter with a lovely mermaid in a cave. What treasures he must have seen, collected from the fathoms of the deep when the winds and rain claimed the passing ships. Jewels from all over the world. Bracelets, of aged brass and mother of pearl. With tiny figures, a bird perhaps. The mermaids do love their trinkets.
