I like this very much, like the helleborus stands up in the middle of the dry leaves, really nice!

Thank you so much. They are surprisingly tough flowers; they bloom in very bitter conditions!

Thank you. It's still a bit cold here for the most part, but flowers are budding anyway!

Thank you. I love seeing these flowers braving the cold and wind; it make me feel more hopeful! They set a good example!

I've thought the same thing. I'll try to turn this into a vector drawing one of these days soon.

Thanks, Rock. It's still awfully cold and windy down here. I think these early bloomers can tolerate the weather better than I can!

Thank you. I thought it was pretty, too. It was blooming all by itself in the woods and looked really good!

Thank you. I HAD to get out of this house and go outside; I went looking for spring, even though it's still very cold outside. Found a few examples, which I'll post soon!

Thank you! Seems that anything in bloom now looks very good! It's amazing how many flowers bloom in this bitter cold weather.

Thank you! Yes, heliobores are in bloom now. Also snowdrops and crocuses are beginning. Witch hazel trees are in blossom with their weird flowers; they can withstand any kind of cold weather it seems. And pansies! THey are such tough flowers, they bloom the year around, no matter how cold it gets. There are times when they look kind of wilted, but they're alive!

Very cool, nothing looks alive here yet...although yesterday it was 69 degrees and we had our windows open for a while and it was funny to see snow still on the ground ha!

Thanks, Lori. I'm feelling so-so, kind of tired and run down. Other than wanting to sleep more than usual, I'm OK. I just don't like having no energy!

I had to do a bunch of regular old chores today, and I got sooooo tired, I just crashed and went to bed around 2 PM. I don't normally nap, but I have been lately. I hope you can get the meds that will work best for you, Lori. Some are better than others as we know.

Yah, I don't stay up late at night; I'm in by 10:30 PM usually (so I can read for awhile).

I guess I've always been a night owl. Most of my jobs were 2nd shift jobs.

I would have MUCH preferred that over working daylight hours (not so many people to deal with at work, no rush hour). Seems my inner clock has changed since I've retired, though.
