Description Apo 7X to the rescue once again. This image made me think of bad dreams I have that involve staircases which seem to go nowhere. They are always abandoned, in a strange part of town, and there are shadowy figures lurking about. I always wake up before I used the stairs.

These stairs are twisted and deformed, full of snakes, scales, and teeth. Beware.

Thank you. I see so many things in this. It was one of those things that came as a surprise, after a long trial-and-error period of moving transforms and adding variables. I don't know much math, but I can see what's going on!

This is cool. There's a painting somewhere showing a staircase that goes in a square but appears to to go up and down in a very convoluted way. An optical allusion.

Thank you. That must be an Escher painting you're talking about. My hubby really likes his work. It's weird stuff, but it certainly grabs your attention.
