Guhh.This was so hard to color ;o;
I didn't have any colors that seemed right for anything!
But I did my best >.<
I hate that I had to use black in her hair but the brown I had was the only brown and I used it for her skin so I couldn't use it for her hair.
But I made up for it with lots of shading/brown marker add-ins.
I'm pretty happy with the hair, even if it isn't the right color.
xD Those markers suck so bad. They killed me.

I like making damaged characters to make a point, Ronnie.
It's easy to make a normal, clean cut, wonderfully un-flawed girl completely beautiful. But that's boring.
If you can manage to make someone who's stitched up and should be unattractive as pretty as Angi always turns out to be, then you're getting somewhere.

Well I used to have a thing where I never colored with anything but markers. But I was terrified to use them on this picture since I haven't colored traditionally in so long.

Oh, finally got it all figured out. Angi is no longer in a relationship because the guy she was with started getting close to another girl and kissed her so she and Red are over.

I have only rarely tried traditional coloringβ my discovery of digital coloring followed closely on the heels of my re-emergent interest in drawing at all, so I didn't bother to learn in such an unforgiving medium.
Ah, excellent. Not to harsh on your high or anything, but from what you've said about her character, I don't know if dating is really a good idea for her right nowβ or at least, not with someone whose predominant personality trait is violence and who also has a split personality. Cheating is just the clincher in that bad idea.

Yeah, it's not much of a high. I feel bad for her, like it really bugged me when I found out. Which is weird, but I have an unnatural attachment to my characters. But yeah, she's really unstable but she wants to have a normal relationship (plus she wants to prove to everyone and herself that she's not a lesbian and is sorta envious of all the couples in DA).

Yeah, I'm an English major, not an art kid, so I have very little in the way of technique. Mostly I am in it for the lulz.
I'd be upset if that happened to me too. It's not quite the same as being cheated on yourself, but it's still close. Poor Angeni, putting herself out there and just getting hurt again. Does she have sexual orientation woes, too? Because those are no fun for any involved parties.

Ohh, well that's pretty interesting, I'm the opposite. I had to teach myself to write well and be literate and all that good stuff, but then again all of my art is self-taught too. <3

She needs a hug. But, like, a platonic hug, from a friend if one from her creator-artist cannot be procured.
What I meant by that was, you said she didn't want people to think she's a lesbian/didn't want to think of herself as a lesbian, and that doesn't strike me as something people really worry about unless they've had romantic feelings/encounters with people of their own gender. So I was just wondering what the story was with that, and why she thinks liking girls would be such a bad thing.
