Well i got really inspired to do a painting of a guy offering his blood and instead of the darker more Gothic theme i went for this... i am rather pleased at the sizing here XD2 hours

Nice shading. Interesting that you put a dragon, I'd have expected a demon or some kind of Aztec-esque ritual when you mention blood offering.

It's lovely... The dragon's head strikes me as a little odd, but it could be just the angle I'm looking at. But I'm quite jealous that you can accomplish that in only two hours! I wannnnnnnt that elf!

Yes i agree with you completely! Yeah 2 hours... but i will admit that when I started the first hour i was in a hurry because i wanted to watch UFC and then the second hour came after and my Brother was playing speedy music so i was possessed to be fast >__>'lol

If you check out my portfolio and the handful of digital photos I have produced, most of those took me between 12-24 hrs worth of time to complete. Yet, I could easily go in and make changes since they never feel like they are quite right.
So what makes Photo Shop XD your preference? My husband loves photo shop, I hate the amount of work it takes to navigate through it. I simply enjoy my corel X, which is a learning experience every time I open it....

well i have been using paintshop forever and photoshop is quite close to it in many ways so... i figure it was just the right way to go... i have no clue which one to buy though O_O

you know there is a free 30 day trial of Corel X which is considered the top of the line paint shop for 08, I have also heard for a few dollars less you can buy the previous version which doesn't vary from the current one by too much. Who knows, in the end it is what ever is cost efficient, available, and easiest to use that usually wins us over.

The dragon is a little bit strange, specially in the mouth, but the altar and the elf, I think he's an elf, looks really great.
All the picture has the sensation of being big, really big.
