The Doctor is in, and it's time to practice medicine!I'm on a Batman high, after watching the awesome The Dark Knight Rises twice in two days, and with a third viewing coming up soon, I decided to sketch a redesign of Scarecrow for an artists' challenge on a Facebook group I'm in (The theme was 'Science').
I started with the Cillian Murphy 'Nolanverse' version of Dr. Crane (seeing his return-cameo in TDKR was simply awesome
) with an outfit that was a bit more 'clinical', then gave him a gas mask and 'Hypodermic Freddy Kreuger glove', influenced by the Arkham Asylum design. I wanted to give him the 'scarecrow straw hat', but I couldn't think of a way to reconcile that with the 'Clinically Insane Doctor' aesthetic I was trying to infuse into the design. So I left it at that, and threw in some fear gas grenades for good measure.____________________________________________________
