I don't know about a pairing for Rei... I do match Rei up with Bryan sometimes...I'll think about it, depends on where the story goes. It might work well, since I think Rei's going to be the self-sacrificing character in the end.

I like the narration Poor Kai-Kai.

It might be better for Ray to be a supporting character if you're unsure of the pairing. Like, she can give Kai tips and hints about love As if Kai would have any idea what romance was.

I like the pairing, just hadn't planned to use it yet... I don't know what will happen later on, really. Kai will be out of the water anyway so we probably won't see what's going on below during that part of the story.

Yeah, basically Kai *needs* Rei to convince her to act like a girl. After Kai meets Miguel, Rei spends a lot of energy trying to convince Kai that she's not ill or something, and she needs to follow her heart on this, not her head.
