The bloodlines are their own, respectively.
I was talking about Star finding out her bloodline came from the new branch via Festivia, hence the alternate bloodline. She felt as a nobody after the trial of Eclipsa, when the truth was revealed, I notice Star felt traumatized of her Butterfly bloodline after Moon showed the scroll with Festivia's name on it. Butterfly Trap revealed a lot of things.

Everything will be fine for Star, kingdoms can be rebuilt and Moon is still alive and out there to be found on Mewni. We'll have to wait for what Season 4 brings to us.

It's not her kingdom anymore. Neither she nor Moon are legitimate royalty. They never were. We'll have to see what Eclipsa's plans are for the wand and the kingdom.

From what I know so far, Eclipsa doesn't even have any desire to be the ruler of Mewni, she wants to be reunited with Meteora, Globgore, and start a family again.

I don't think giving Eclipsa the wand would be as impactful as it was if she just gave it back to Star in the next episode. I'd also like to think that she'd consider using her position as an opportunity to try to make wide scale changes in the society of Mewni. Things are messed up still. Even after 400 years there's still this stigma going on about Mewmans and monsters. You just had a whole bunch of them depart from the kingdom for belief that they would never be accepted there. I'd like to see the radical change that could occur from the kingdom being under their control. Would it be for the overall good, or would the whole thing backfire and cause more drama? Them simply moving on and retiring wouldn't be nearly as interesting. It would also be interesting to see how Star handles situations without her wand. Would she learn how to do magic the same way Moon does? Would she get or even MAKE her own wand? Will she still even learn magic? Would Eclipsa or Moon personally teach her? Will Marco learn magic? Will Ludo join their side and learn with them? All these questions arise from what's been set up so far.
