The way I see it, Damian beat Tim out of his Robin position.Damian is a smug little bastard, takes time to like him.
these two just don't get along. every time they meet they beat each other up.

The first time Damian and Tim met was the single most one sided beatdown I have ever seen in all my years reading comic books. It was and still is hilarious.Β

Lost my sympathy for Tim once he grew out of the costume . My money is on Damian . Some people ( even writers ) seem to forget that he is not only trained by the league of assassins , he also had his dna moified . So he should be Tims equal in strengh and stamina .
In my opinion they both should fight to a draw . I want to see them laying there , totally broken so they have to call it a truce . Damn , I just hate how Tim and Damian interact ... they both act like jerks and the writing is just so bad everytime . They just ignore every character development Damian ever had in order to make him unsympathetic so the tim fan boys can cheer for their character .Very frustrating .

like no offense, I am sure he could beat up random crooks and even a psycho killer
but this is Tim Drake, he has been trained by Batman for years and has had some amazing fights
like he was able to fight cassandra cain and not get killed lol, and he fought batman to
like beating up robin is like saying you could beat up batman, yeah batman is better then Tim Drake Robin... but not by much

I am just saying that is bad writting, like Tim Drake is on the same leval as batman, maybe not right up with batman but atleast comperable, like there have been times when batman and tim drake had to fight eachother and it was always close
so to beat the shit out of tim drake would be like saying you coul beat the shit out of Death Stroke and Batgirl (cassandra cain) and Lady Shiva and Batman and Nightwing
like yeah Tim Drake might be near the bottom of that list but it is still the same ball park
