Here's a new character of mine, Rourke. :3

He was created kind of randomly on the drive down to Texas. I wanted to practice drawing skinny dudes, so I drew a random one, and I ended up liking the design enough to refine him!

The more I fill in his personality, the more I'm digging him.

He's from the same story as Shikuto & Forte, that whole group... but belongs to the opposing "faction", if you will. He's a commander, and that would be their uniform (though the style can vary a bit, person to person).

I wanted a color scheme that opposed F.O.R.C.E's (navy and grey) and came up with this... I honestly don't know how well it'll be received, but I like it.

Hey, it was brighter. To which I promptly toned down. You should be thanking me.

But yeah.

Yay villians!

And even better... yay villians with blue hair!

EDIT: Mark made a comment that if these people are from the military, the color scheme looked too warm; as in, it didn't feel like it fit. Which was a valid point! He had a problem with the tan color, and suggested I changed it to white. So, I played with the colors a bit more, and came up with this. It's a lot colder, and maybe more what you'd expect from this sort of group. So this will be their uniform colors now~
