deVars' Character profile for use on Byako League

Took me a while to get this done. =] Actually, I made this because I got distracted from what I was doing before.

deVars' main abilities:
- accelerated learning: deVars has a high learning curve and may learn moves he has seen before. Certain dance moves and speech patterns and also required paraphernalias will prevent, if not stop him from learning a move.
- burst of speed: deVars can travel with quick bursts of speed. Eventhough he could move having the whole speed factor turned on, he is not likely to as he has no means to avoid the effects of friction and other malign effects when moving at absurd velocities.
- Varsicarian leech aura: those within the radius of 2.5m (and sometimes 3m) suffer the effects of the Varsicarian leech aura. Varsicaris emit a negative energy field that absorbs almost any energy around it. This energy makes people feel weak, apathetic, sleepy and even catatonic on prolonged exposures. Materials degrade, light bends, and kinetic energy turns to potential depending to the degree of exposure. When deVars holds "Nightshade", all of this aura focuses on the weapon and the radius is reduced to how much the blade eats.
- various rune effect spells: These spells are not offensive and do not require magical inclination at all. (Varsicaris cannot cast spells) These rune spells are powered by old and ancient complex runes that evoke natural energies on their creation. An example of what he uses is a glyph called "Eye of Scrutiny" that creates another eye which links to his visual senses and "Corporal Sin" which transforms the Varsicarian leech aura into a blood draining aura instead.
